She was predeceased by: her parent Clarence James. She is survived by: her parent Beulah Biesecker Gallagher; her husband Fred S. Starner; her daughter Lucinda L. Brickey of Orrtanna, PA; and her grandchildren, Monica Kuykendall, Ann Black (Rick) and Robert Kuykendall. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and twenty great great grandchildren.
