She was predeceased by: her parents, Osro D. Walterick and Esther Rodenhaver Walterick; her siblings, Osro Walterick, Eugene Walterick and Esther Decker; her nephews, Ron Walterick and Jim Walterick; and her niece Pam Decker.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Paul Scarlata; and her children, Julie Barnhart (James) and Hon. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
