He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Hess and Virginia K. Hinchman (Fravel); and his stepfather Cecil Hinchman. He is survived by: his son Brad; his wife Angela C. Rhea (Miller); his sons, Joshua C. (Amy Rhea) of Littlestown and Shane E. McCleaf of Biglerville; his siblings, Sue L. Myers of Biglerville and Kevin M. Rhea of Biglerville; his nieces, Jackie (Brad Adams) of Gettysburg and Chelsea Miller of Arendtsville; and his grandchildren, Kosmo and Banks. He is also survived by his wife, sister and friends.
