She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank T. Koons and Ellen Louise Koons (Yeakle). She is survived by: her husband Raymond E. Harbaugh; her siblings, Josh Koons of Waynesboro, PA, Wendy Koons of Washington State and Holly O'Leary of Portland, OR; her nieces, Meagan Hynes and April Hoffman; and her nephew Andrew Hoffman.
