Piper of Orrstown, Pennsylvania, born in Amberson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Piper and Mary Eckenrode Piper; his wife Iva Jean Pyne Piper; and his siblings, Thomas E. Piper, Donald E. Piper, Mary Louise Piper Hoover and Harmon G. Piper.
He is survived by: his children, Sondra Rebuck (Jeff) and Steven Piper (Amy) of Newburg; his grandchildren, Aaron Rebuck (Natasha), Marissa Wolff (Dalton), Ethan Piper (Liana), Emmy Brenize (Trevor) and Ellie Piper; and his great grandchildren, Payton Rebuck, Emerson and Piper Wolff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
