He is survived by: his parents, David R. Newell, Sr. (Mary) of Shippensburg and Rindi L. Thrush Dellinger (Jeff) of Newburg; his son Neven Newell of Duncannon; his close friend Rita Sarver of Orrstown; and his siblings, Wayland Stouffer (Katie) of Amberson, Jeremy Stouffer (Stacey) of Newburg and Amanda Martin of Etters. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
