She is survived by: her parents, Harry L. of Oreland, PA. and Carol Ann Adams (Cupo) of Oreland, PA.; her husband Larry J. Clark; her children, Alexa Rose Clark and Lawrence Joseph Clark, IV; her grandson Colton James Baldwin; her grandmother Mary Cupo; and her siblings, Lori Adams and John Adams (Jennette).

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions in Tina's memory be made to the Shamrock Girls, 111 Jefferson Street, Newtown, PA 18940.
