He was predeceased by: his former wife Marie; and his daughter Laura. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Roy Jr. (Patricia), Etta Berry (Robert), Mary Rose Speca (Robert) and Susan Dascher (Mitchell); and his stepdaughters, Suzanne Mayes (Gregory) and Elizabeth Morris (Joseph). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Springfield Township VFW Post 7919, 7999 Elm St., Wyndmoor, PA 19038.
