With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Casimir G. Pokorny (Oreland, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 28, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Gail Garin (Mary); his significant other Eva Mascaro; his aunts, Merci (Joe), Renee (William), Lara (Ewald) and Leonor (Doug); his uncle Joseph (Margaret); his grandfathers, Thomas Garin (Adele) and Jim Pokorny; and his father James Pokorny.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Casimir's memory to the Village of Arts and Humanities (villagearts.org), Project 440 (project440.org), or similar organization that bring art and music education to underserved kids in Philadelphia.
