He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert A. Bartolai and Marie H. Bartolai (Galuska). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Bartolai (Warner); his children, Joseph Bartolai of State College and Janice B. Forbes (Derek) of Ocean City; his brothers, Albert G. Bartolai (Lorraine) of Swoyersville and Raymond J. Bartolai (Cindy Bloom) of Dallas; and his grandson Dylan Vincent Forbes. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
