It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Wehr of Orefield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam R. Wehr (Wertman); his parents, Elmer P. Wehr and Lillian E. Wehr (Ruch); and his siblings, Richard Wehr, Elmer P. Wehr, Jr. and Jean Roth.
He is survived by: his sons, Randal D. Wehr (Danni) of Alburtis, Dennis W. Wehr of Selinsgrove, Jerry A. Wehr (Pat) of Slatington and Timothy J. Wehr (Lisa) of Orefield; and his siblings, Nancy A. Horning of East Texas, Doris Horwath of Coopersburg, Clairann Bond, Loretta Wehr of Coopersburg, Bruce Wehr of Germansville and Barry Wehr of New Tripoli. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter.
