He was predeceased by: his father Theodore R. Volack Sr.; his brother Timothy A. Volack; and his nephew Theodore R. Volack III. He is survived by: his mother Marie A. Volack (Mahler) of Allentown; and his siblings, Theodore R. Volack Jr. (Crystal) of Orefield, Annmarie T. Faust of Allentown, Suellen M. Knappenberger (Todd Zellner) of Allentown and Vincent G. Volack (Holly) of Paulsbo, WA.
