He is survived by: his parent Jennie Sivilich (McAfee); his wife Carolyn Stout; his son Kurt Sivilich (Anjanette) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Tobin Andrew Sivilich and Caroline Patrice Sivilich; and his siblings, Robert Sivilich (Linda) of Exton and Elaine Young of Bowie, MD..
