Wintersteen; his stepchildren, Roger Austin (Sandy) of Elliottsburg, PA, Leanne Austin of Bloomsburg and Jerri Lynn (Scott Crawford) of Bloomsburg; and his grandchildren, Natalie (Joseph Yanochko), Christopher Crawford, Emily Crawford, Jacob Austin and Max Austin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
