He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Paul and Ina Jane McMillen Campbell; and his siblings, Shirley Phipps and Stanley Paul Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Barnhart Campbell; his children, Michael Scott Campbell (Lynn), Christopher John Campbell, Shaun Stanley Campbell (Kristi), Jeffrey D. Campbell (Shelley), Elizabeth Ann Rutherford (Brian), Jennifer Elaine Bush and Heather Lynn Miller (Josh); and his sisters, Marlene Brown and Cindy Spencer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
