He is survived by: his parents, Richard Phillips and Anna Phillips (Meek); his spouse Stacey Long; his children, Alicia Gambino of Ball Ground, GA, Karli and Cooper Phillips; his grandchildren, Ryan, Emily and Elaina Gambino; and his brothers, Rick Phillips (Kandy) of Lock Haven, Jim Phillips (Nina) of Goose Creek, SC and Gregg Phillips (Terry) of Three Springs.
