It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Francis McGowan of Olyphant, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. McGowan and Mary Lally McGowan. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Snyder (Mark) of Jessup, William F. (Debbie) of Audubon and John (Demetria) of Jermyn; his siblings, Mary Ellen Moylan and Timothy; and his grandchildren, Rileigh, Maggie, Connor, Emme, Liam, Declan, Maeve and Keith Bombar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
