He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Drakes and Helen Drakes; and his brother-in-law Edward Mazur. He is survived by: his son Thomas J. Drakes (Cheryl); his sister Jean Mazur; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Mae Ricciardi and Dennis Fedorchak (Alberta). He is also survived by two grandsons; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no public calling hours due to the pandemic.
