She was predeceased by: her parents, John Yablonski and Stella Szczepanska Yablonski; her son Anthony Korczakowski Jr.; and her siblings, John Yablonski, Mary Washkuch Dean, Fran Zielinski and Alice "Talla" Horvath Phillip.
She is survived by: her son David Korczakowski; her grandchildren, Lauren Korczakowski and David Korczakowski Jr.; and her sisters, Carrie Yaninek and Rose Fryckberg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
