He is survived by: his daughters, Chrissy Molitoris (Jon) and Michelle Gathercole (J. D.); his grandchildren, Jack, Max Molitoris, Ava, Brianna and Tyler Gathercole; and his sisters, Betty Ann Kellogg, Linda Gavin (Bill), Sandy Ritter (Dennis) and Faith Morgan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
