She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael "Mishy" Chekansky and Fanny Gazella Chekansky. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Arletta), Jeffrey (Melinda) and Suzanne Nagel (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Brianna (Joey), Jarrett, Megan, Jenna, Dominic, Leah, Todd (Kristen) and Jordan (Annabella); her great grandchildren, Giovanni, Alayna and Raven; and her sisters, Sandra DeMatteo, Paula Barone, Michele Baronski and Marie Piercy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
