He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Foley and Geraldine Loftus Foley; his sister Barbara Hogan; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Mary Cunningham; and his siblings, James Foley (Dorothy) of Olyphant, John Foley (Susan) of Olyphant and Joan Leeson (Gene) of Dickson City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
