She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Temple; her parents, Jessie Nolasco and Filomena Ginger Nolasco; and her brothers, Phillip and Stephen Condella.
She is survived by: her children, Alfred Temple (Tina) of Lake Ariel, Judy Makala (Dave) of Scott Township and Phyllis Frazier (Gerald) of Scott Township; her grandchildren, Emily, Aj Temple and Charlie Makala; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda and Scott Henry; and her sisters, Mary Santilli and Katie Ginerio.
