She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Nalevanko; her parents, Frank J. Novak and Valeria Olenciacz Novak; and her sons, Francis, Joseph and Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, William F. and Donna M.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Gino J. Merli Veterans Center Resident Welfare Fund.
