He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kunchick and Olga Rydzanich Kunchick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Casey; his daughter Maureen Kunchick (Christopher White) of Clarks Summit, PA; his granddaughter Anissa Kunchick; and his siblings, Patricia Bozym of Olyphant, PA and Matthew Kunchick of Peckville, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
