He is survived by: his caregiver Michelle Ann Browning; his pet Cali; his children, Jason Browning, Aline Browning (Dawn), Justin Browning and Lindsey Ross; his stepsons, David Smith, James Smith III, William Smith (Kelsey) and Joseph Smith (Samantha); and his siblings, Nancy Bischoff (Kurt) of Poulsbo, Washington and Robert Browning (Linal) of Carmichael, California. He is also survived by several grandchildren and nephews.
