Shultz, Sr. and Barbara Ann Althouse; his children, Paisley Shultz, Willow Shultz and Avery Shultz; his sister Crystal Shultz; his nieces and nephews, Kaden, Cameron Brookelin and Jersie; his stepfather Michael Althouse, Sr.; his stepbrother Michael Althouse, Jr.; his aunts and uncles, Randy, Raymond Shultz, Sonya Swoish, Debra Grimsley and Estella Satter; his great-grandparent Anna Updegrove; and his grandparents, David Updegrove, Raymond Shultz Sr. and Dolores Robles.
