He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Campfield and Marion Campfield (Hunt); and his brother Martin J. Campfield. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie A. (Ronald L. Frederick) of Oley, Jennifer L. Essig of Oley, Robert F. Campfield, Jr. (Jessica N. Campfield) of New Tripoli and William E. Campfield (Julieanne R. Campfield) of Boyertown; his grandchildren, Ashley L. Essig, Alexandra C. Frederick, Eric F. Essig, Laura E. Frederick, Emma R. Campfield and Allison R. Campfield; and his siblings, Thomas M. Campfield, Jr. of Stanford, CT and Mary T. Shivy of Skippack. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
