He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil Morgan; and his sibling Ronald L. Morgan. He is survived by: his parent Stella Morgan; his wife Allie Jeane Foley; his children, Ronald and Tracy; his grandchildren, Duane, Cecil, Keah and Karissa; and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Ben, Mason, Stellan, Greeley, Emily, Gloria, Aubrie, Bryce, Riley and Una.
