He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Spigelmyer, Sr. and Elsie Spigelmyer; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Sheesley and Carol Spigelmyer (Swift). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Lori Novak (Spigelmyer) and Lisa Laity (Spigelmyer); his sons-in-law, Nick Novak and Cory Laity; his grandchildren, Nicholas Novak, Alexander Novak, Chloe Laity and Jalynn Laity; his great grandchildren, Mila Novak and Madeline Novak; his sister-in-law Eleanor Long (Joe); and his uncle Glenn Probst.
