He was predeceased by: his wife Helen M. Neiman (Yoder); and his parents, Lawrence S. Neiman and Edith C. Neiman (Haas). He is survived by: his children, Sandra Beck of Temple and Leon Jr. (Linda Neiman) of Fleetwood; his grandchildren, Jennifer Neiman, Michael Neiman, Jill Neiman, Bryan Beck, David Neiman and Kirsten Beck; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Neiman, Julia Neiman and Leo Beck.
