He is survived by: his wife Vickie L. Hoover (Willman); his parents, Glenn A. Hoover and Mary Lou Hoover (Bieber) of Birdsboro; his children, Sara and Kerry Hoover; his siblings, Christine Sterner (late Gene), David Hoover (Julie) and Sheila Parker (Bill); and his in-laws, Norman and Merle Willman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
