With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald W. Heist of Oley, Pennsylvania, born in Hyde Park, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Heist and Kathryn Heist (Smith); and his sisters, Doris Burkhart and Shirley Ohlinger. He is survived by: his wife Leona (Flicker); his son Kerry Heist (Sue) of Blandon; his stepsons, Steven Focht (Kelly) of Laureldale and Perry Focht (Diane) of Grand Junction, CO.; and his grandchildren, Bradford Focht, Erika Focht and Jeremy Heist.
