He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Bartholomew and Kemp; and his siblings, Robert Moyer, Paul Moyer, Earl Moyer and Gloria Gamler.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna (Marvin Noll) of Fleetwood; his grandchildren, Blaine (Erin Noll) of Fleetwood and Denise (Jerrod Bornman) of Myrtle Beach, SC.; and his great grandchildren, Madison Noll, Easton Noll and Jace Bornman.
