He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood C. Hoch and Mary Hoch (Mathias); and his sister Marie L. Reinert (Hoch). He is survived by: his wife Betty D. Hoch (Rush); his children, Barry L. (Barbara), Mark G. (Bernice), Ricky E. (Theresa), Randall A. (Lori) and Betty Jean (Scott Wagner) of Oley Township; and his sisters, Eleanor M. (late Charles L. Gehris) of Earl Township and Janet (David Levengood) of Amityville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
