He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul O. Fick and Helen Fick (Manwiller); his daughter Karen Burkholder; and his siblings, Daniel Fick, Robert Fick, Mary Keller, Barbara Frederick, Alfred Fick and Benjamin Fick.
He is survived by: his children, Susan A. Yost (Greg) of Hamburg, Denise Hebhardt (Shaun) of Fleetwood and Stacey Younker (Rodney) of Leesport; and his siblings, Barry Fick, Ruth Heller, Nancy Reider, Ralph Fick, Leonard Fick and Elsie Vickers. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be to Shriner's Hospital or Moose Charities in memory of David Paul Fick.
