He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne Marie Bieber (Entzminger); his parents, Effinger K. and Mary R. Bieber (Moyer); his children, Bryan Bieber and Wendi Bieber; and his siblings, George, Effinger, Alan Bieber and Marilyn Levengood.
He is survived by: his son Matthew Bieber (Steph Haas) of Kutztown; and his grandchildren, Danny Pettinato, Logan Pettinato, Aaron Bieber, Carlie Bieber and Aiden Bieber.
