She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Clouser Jr.; her parents, Edmund S. Kozak and Rose Kozak (McCullough); her son Jack Lee Eyrich; her great grandchild Faith Marie; and her sister Anne Marie Matetich.
She is survived by: her grandson Sean (Jennifer Eyrich) of Reading; her great grandchildren, Dominic, Taylor, Jayden and Cameron; and her siblings, Edmund A. Kozak of Sinking Spring, George M. Kozak of Reading, Mary M. (Grover Bennett) of Reading and Agnes (Roger Mest) of Exeter Township.
