He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clemko and Esther Clemko (Ulmer); and his brother John Clemko. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Clemko (Adams) of Oley, PA; his sons, Carl Clemko, Jr. and Joseph Clemko (Silvia Bustos Clemko); his granddaughter Camila Lee Clemko; and his sisters, Shirley Rehrer and Charlotte Kline (Norm Kline).

“I only knew Carl for 2 years playing softball in 2020 and 2021. He was my favorite teammate because of his fun and upbeat attitude. He was quite a storyteller during and after our games. We always shared a beer after the games and enjoyed his company. I just came across the obituary today sear hing for his phone number for softball. I offer my symphony to his family for this great loss. Carl was a great American, great father and a unique man. He will be greatly missed.”
