She was predeceased by: her grandfather Orville Sweitzer (Darlene Sweitzer) of Myrtle Beach, SC.. She is survived by: her parents, William R. Smith and Valerie L. Smith (Sweitzer); her grandparents, Dianne L. (Anthony Izbicki) of Oley, Robert Smith and Shirley Smith (Folk) of Muhlenberg Township; her uncles, Stephen Sweitzer and Phillip Smith; and her aunt Beth Smith.
Andrea's parents ask that you please wear a mask if you plan to attend in order to keep everyone safe and healthy.
