In loving memory of Nancy Ann Buday of Old Forge, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on March 23, 2025 at the age of 82. Nancy Ann leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Nancy Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Nancy Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her aunt Irene Kofira Kinel; her brother Michael Buday; and her aunt Leona Varholy. She is survived by: her pet Molly; her sister-in-law Anna Buday; her goddaughter Carla Sumner-Trivasani (Scott, family: Mark Sumner); and also Curt Sumner (Lisa). She is also survived by family; along with numerous cousins.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. George's Orthodox Church (743 S Keyser Ave, Taylor, PA 18517). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. George's Orthodox Cemetery (2215 Ransom Rd, Clarks Summit, PA 18411).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. George's Orthodox Church in Nancy Ann's honor.
