It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Dwornikoski (Old Forge, Pennsylvania), born in Duryea, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent John Dwornikoski; and her siblings, Anthony, Charles, Frank, Louise McCormick and Regina Gaughan.
She is survived by: her parent Ada Lukowicz Dwornikoski.
