He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Uher and Blanche Podkulski Uher; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Syrylo Uher; his children, Jennifer (John Jones) and Steve (Michelle); his grandchildren, Alivia Jones, Ava, Sam and Nora Uher; and his brothers, Vince (Sharon), William (Pat) and Joseph. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann's Basilica.
