She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair "Elroy" Howe and Orlena Belle Howe (Rowles). She is survived by: her children, Debbie, James B. Mayhew, Jr. (Jeannette) of Ambridge, Timothy A. Mayhew of Olanta, Brandon O'Dell (Paige) of Curwensville, LeeAnn Fullwood (Chris) of Yorkana and Debra Armstrong (Jim) of Mt. Jackson; and her caregiver Ashley Brown. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren (with one more due soon), 3 step-grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 10 step-great grandchildren (one on the way), and 3 great-great grandsons and many nieces and nephews.
