He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd'Slim' Welch and Helen Welch (Welker); and his sisters, Beatrice Kukla and Shirley White. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Ruth Welch (Andrews); and his sisters, Dorothy Passmore (Robert) of Olanta and Kimberly Selfridge (William) of Woodland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
