It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Rulison Pixley (Oil City, Pennsylvania), born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Pixley and Helen Schmermund Pixley; and his sister Marianne Mayes. He is survived by: his children, Camron Pixley of Oil City and Valeyne Grotrian (Russell) of Crystal Lake, IL; his sister Cheryl Entress (James) of Wheeling, WV; and his close friend Marsha Huff Miller of Franklin. He is also survived by seven nieces and one nephew; 28 great nieces and great-nephews.

Special arrangements have been made due to current social restrictions from COVID-19.
