It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Murray of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Oakes and Dorothy Oakes (Wurster); her son Chadd Murray; and her siblings, Carol Lynam and James Oakes.

She is survived by: her son Nate Murray (Bridget) of Oil City; her daughter-in-law Michelle Murray of Strattanville; her grandchildren, Alayna, William, Brayden Murray, Izec Murray and Bobby Joe Myers, Jr.; her great grandchild Nova Isabella Myers; and her sisters, Lynn Driscoll of Oil City and Cinda Byers (Robert) of Reno. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
