He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Reed and Karol Lamey McClellan; his brother Bruce Reed; and his brothers-in-law, William Dunkle and Joseph Toy.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa J. Toy; his sons, Michael Reed (Jennifer) of Oil City and Matthew Reed (Amy) of Hookstown; his grandchildren, Blake, Abigail and Luke; his brother Tim McClellan (Tara); his nieces and nephews, Gavin, Gabriel and Adah; his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Dunkle of Pleasantville and Michelle Toy of Hilton Head, SC; his nieces, Tracey Corbett (Mark), Stephanie Corbett (Richard) and Julie Alessi (Aaron); and his nephew Steve Toy (Linda).
