He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Xander and Geraldine A. Rogers Xander; and his brother-in-law Dave Miller. He is survived by: his children, Shelbi Cunning of Oil City and Thomas Cunning of Oil City; his grandchildren, Ares and Kiara; and his siblings, Royce Ann Xander of Oil City, Debi Miller of West Hickory, Kevin Xander of Oil City and Dennis Xander (Diane) of Oil City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A vigil service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 4:45 PM at the Knights of Columbus Will Have (111 Petroleum St, Oil City, PA 16301). Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reinsel Funeral Home & Crematory (116 Bissell Ave, Oil City, PA 16301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
