It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Townley of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Louise (Jolly). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Zacherl); his son Thomas of Toledo, OH; and his sister Cynthia Moon (Titusville).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Venango County Humane Society or Venango Region Catholic Schools.
